Class Descriptions
- Mat work
- Exercises are done on a floor mat. It is a great forum in which to learn and master the key principles of Pilates.
- Reformer
- Clients are guided as a group through a variety of exercises on the Reformer.
- Semi-Private
- An open workout guided by an instructor. Clients move at their own pace using the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels.
- Private
- One-on-one with an instructor utilizing all the Pilates equipment.
